first of all,download psiphon 102 know as syponshield to avoid disconnection this d like to download

open it and edit it proxy type: reverse proxy proxy server: instagram.com real proxy type:HTTP.
after that save and go to settings click on more options tick connect through http proxy and use d following settings
host address:50.30.152.130
proxy:8086... under phone
APN.. apn:etisalat
proxy:127.0.0.1
port:8080...
