>first of all,download psiphon open it and edit proxy
>type: reverse proxy
>proxy server:instagram.com
>real proxy
type:HTTP.
After that save and go to settings more options tick connect through http proxy and use d following settings
Host address:50.30.152.130
proxy:8086...
>Under phone APN..
apn:etisalat proxy:127.0.0.1
port:8080..
Nothing is needed again
Start surfing....
